Our technical support is intended for clients of Topinfo with contract for project operation. The contract prescribes the conditions for the customer and the scope of the support.

Our technical support is primarily used to address content updating requirements and support of Topinfo CMS.

Requirements for adjustments and minor updates

Requests for project updates should be sent by e-mail to .
The request should include project title and detailed description of the required work, it is better if a link to the page in question is included. Work on the requests starts latest on the day following their reception.

Telephone support

It is intended for queries about service and functioning of your project. Due to reasons of quality management, it is not possible to make update requests by telephone.
